ABOUT THE OWNERS:

Vanzzini Roofing and Sheet Metal was built on the classic American story of hard work and opportunity. Three brothers Eloy, Seth and Augusto Vanzzini immigrated from Mexico, became U.S. citizens, and began their careers working for USF Holland, later taking on subcontracting work where they met Dawn Codozor.

Recognizing the strength of their partnership, the four joined together to start a business of their own. Dawn helping lead the office and administrative side in the early years, while the three brothers led the hands-on labor and craftsmanship. Originally founded as Bicentennial Roofing, the company was rebranded Vanzzini Roofing and Sheet Metal in 2013. Today, the brothers continue to own and lead the company, with Dawn still supporting office operations.
